Anna Zheng(chief technical director)：male, born in Aug. 1948, professor of East China University of Science and Technology, doctoral advisor, enjoying the special allowance of the Chinese State Council. Yong Guan (vice technical director):Professor Yong Guan is the chief director of the reactive extrusion lab of East China University of Science and Technology. He was graduated from FuDan university in 1991 and worked in Sino-petrol as engineer for ten years. In 1998, Yong Guan entered into the East China University of Science and Technology and got master degree. In 2004, Yong Guan got doctor degree in the University of New Brunswick of Canada. So far, he has published 30s papers and 16 patents (authorized 8), including one USA patent and one European patent.

DaFu Wei(vice technical director):male, born in Oct. 1971, doctor of engineering, teacher in reactive extrusion lab of East China University of Science and Technology. Publishing more 20 papers, including 6 papers in the Journal of Applied Microbiology，Materials Science and Engineering and Journal of Applied Polymer Science. Applying 16 patents as one of the principals. Getting two patents of the Patent Cooperation Treaty. Awarded ShangHai Technological Invention Award first prize.

Xiang Xu( process commission):male, born in Aug. 1984, doctor of engineering, graduating from East China University of Science and Technology. Getting Chinese National first class scholarship, integrated curriculum first class scholarship, integrated curriculum second class scholarship, BASF scholarship, outstanding student of chemical, outstanding student leaders of ShangHai, outstanding graduate of ShangHai. Publishing 4 papers in the Journal of Applied Polymer Science, Applied Surface Science, Journal of Materials Science, 1 international conference paper, 2 Patents.

Bo Chen:Bo Chen doctor researches reactive extrusion technology in East China University of Science and Technology. He was graduated as “Excellent Graduator of Shanghai” and gained first level scholarship of ECUST, twice excellent student leaders of ECUST, three times social work prize, three times enterprise scholarship and four times comprehensive scholarship.
